At Svalbard Wildlife Expeditions, we are committed to protecting our customers' personal information and that you as a customer understand how we handle the information you provide to us about you. Data Processor and Process Manager

When you are a private customer in Svalbard Wildlife Expeditions, Svalbard Wildlife Expeditions is responsible for treatment. As processing managers, we are permitted to use personal data, for example, to send you customized offers and newsletters, provided we have permitted us to do so.

We have complete control over data

In our database we have a complete overview of all information we store about our customers. We store only relevant and necessary information about our customers, other information is automatically deleted. If we wish to use the data for any purpose other than that which you have approved, we will always ask for your permission.

We also have a complete overview of which collaborating suppliers we exchange data with. Data that is forwarded is only the information needed to place an order. Our suppliers are data processors and have no right to use your information for anything other than what is related to your order.

What do we know about you and what do we use the data for?

The personal information you provide to us is used only in accordance with the intended purpose and in a secure manner. Your personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties. Your personal information will only be stored if there is a need for it. When there is no longer a need, the information will be deleted or anonymized.

We do not use personal data for profiling or marketing unless we ask for your consent. All marketing is carried out in accordance with current legislation.
